Replacing rubber on PoleKats
« on: November 07, 2016, 10:19:16 PM »
OK, likely beating a dead horse here, but the rubber on my PoleKats turned to goo. They seemed to be triggering fine before their demise. I know Drum Tech is now toast, and that Alt Mode does not handle such things.

It has been suggested to use NuBounce rim pads. Anyone have experience in this, who might be able to talk me through it?

Any help or guidance would be appreciated.

Hi there,
Sorry I only see your post today.

I had this problem of melting rubber a few years ago.
A friend got me some replacement parts from Drumtech :
you probably can ask them directly : https://www.drumtech.com/electronic-drum-trigger-pads

Sorry and sad nobody told you before.

good luck,
