I've been using the drumkat since it's inception in 1988 and I've used it for a lot more than a simple drum triggering device. I've used it as a compositional aid for writing everything from string quartets to pieces for symphony orchestra, as well as New Age and pop music of all kinds as well. I've used just about every feature in my original drumkat including even some of the more esoteric features like slice mode and alternate mode.

Also I can demo it in a professional studio environment.

I've used my TrapKAT in performance and recording situations using an Alesis D4 and Yamaha a4000 as well as several computer programs such as NI Kontakt 2, Real Guitar (you can do some incredible things with Real Guitar and TrapKAT), NI Battery 2, Reason 2.5/3.0 and Cubase SX, among others.
