RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY

When you receive your order, always keep the paperwork that is included with it in case you wish to return or exchange an item. Also, save any emails you receive about your order, as they may provide important information. 

We want you to be totally happy with your KAT controller. Within thirty (30) days of your order, if you are not completely satisfied with your KAT controller, you may return your purchase for a complete refund (excluding shipping) under the conditions described below:

A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) is required for all returns.

Please contact Alternate Mode directly at 413-594-0217 or email us at katsales@alternatemode.com and we will issue you RMA number.

Returns can only be requested within 30 days of the product shipment date.

All returns must be in the original packaging - complete with owners manual, and show no signs of wear or abuse; otherwise the return will either be refused or subject to a 15% restocking fee. Credit card returns are issued a credit for purchase price. Refunds are made for Alternate Mode KAT controller products only, excluding shipping and handling charges.

Should you find it necessary to return any merchandise after the 30-day guarantee period and up to 90 days, the return will either be subject to a 25% restocking fee or refused depending on the condition of the product.
